A rare large scale George III bracket clock by Henry Arnold, London, the mahogany case with ebony box wood stringing and ebony inlaid and painted with Greco-Egyptian motifs of a bull, an eagle and a lion, the enamel face flanked with quadroform ebony pillars and the whole surmounted in a gilt bronze, including lion ring handles on paw feet. The sides with carved and lined fretwork windows in the manner of Thomas hope. English circa 1810. 67 x 31 x 5 cm
