A painted earthenware horse and rider the horse looking forward with ears pricked, Northern Qi /Tang Dynasty, 6-7th century, the rider wearing a robe with long sleeves, astride the saddle, covered in white slip with traces of red, the halter picked out in black pigment, standing four square on a rectangular base.
