Magnificent George III brass mounted mahogany chiming table clock, by James McCabe, London, c.1,800, with circular white enamel dial, with Roman and Arabic numerals and silent and strike dial, with six pillar triple chain fuse bell striking movement with verge escapement regulated by short bob pendulum and chiming quarters on the nest of eight bells with hammers, back plate signed James McCabe, London, the case set with brass ball finial, above pierced brass scroll works and arched case flanked by reeded pillars, raised on four bracket feet, height 56 cm
