Seven Victorian baronial oak dining chairs, includes two carvers, heavily carved and featuring lions and snarling beasts, upholstered in leatherette with button back detail. (Purchased by our vendors from an antique shop in Sydney in the 1970s told the chairs had belonged to Lord Hopeton,who was the first Australian Governor General).
