A Victorian sterling silver tea set John, Edward, Walter & John Barnard / London / circa 1870, decorated overall with naturalistic motifs, the lower body embossed with repeating acanthus leaves set within beaded borders, the sugar and creamer with a gilt wash interior. Approximately 1168 gms silver, the teapot 19.5 cm high. Provenance: The John Hurlston Collection.
