Samuel Sabine Edkins and Son twelve inch British celestial globe, c. 1820, made of twelve copper engraved paper gores, the sphere is mounted in a brass meridian ring graduated in four quadrants, paper horizon plate laid down on wood with engraved Zodiacal and Gregorian calendar, on a mahogany tripod stand, diameter 30.5 cm.
