Two Japanese figural netsuke, Edo period (1603-1868), mid 19th century, the first a Noh performer in wood inlaid with mother-of-pearl, stained bone and cloisonne enamel plaques in the shibayama style, signed Gyokuzan, the second a priest with Uchiwa fan, signed Shinsai., the taller 5.3 cm high.
