A north Indian Jain marble figure of Sri Parshvanatha, circa 19th/Early 20th century, the black marble figure carved to depict Sri Parshvanatha (one of the Jain Tirthankaras), seated in padmasana, with a nine-headed cobra rising from behind forming a mandorla behind his head. Traces of red pigment remaining., 51 cm high.
