A Tibetan thangka depicting Damchen Garwa Nagpo, circa 19th century, gouache and gold on cotton cloth, depicting the wrathful blue skinned worldly protective deity Garwa Nagpo riding a goat with twisted horns, with three eyes, holding a vajra staff aloft in his right hand, in his left carrying manuscripts, surrounded by his retinue of four protective deities within a mountainous forested landscape. Mounted in a dark blue silk border with a wooden roller below., including the mount and roller 60 cm high, 52 cm wide.
