Two Khymer bronze figures of Uma, Angkor period, circa 12th century, the figures finely cast in bronze, depicting the goddess Uma standing on a square plinth, wearing a dhoti and elaborate crown and jewels, holding a scroll in one hand and a lotus bud in the other, with a sweet smiling expression. Fine bronze verdigris patina to both figures. Both figures mounted on modern metallic bases., the larger (together with base) 19.5 cm high, 6 cm wide.
