A Chinese copper-red 'Flambe' ovoid covered vase, Qing Dynasty (1644-1912), 19th century, the tall ovoid vase with original lid covered in a thick copper red glaze, with slight flambe effect around the mouth rim, the unglazed base oxidised orange from the firing., 31.5 cm high, 22 cm diameter.
