A Chinese Parcel-Gilt bronze altar vase, Qing Dynasty (1644-1912), circa 19th century, the gu-form vase cast in high relief with pierced scrolling foliage to the body with guardian lions emerging, raised on four animal form legs on a stepped square plinth base. Some sections gilded., 15.5 cm high, 11 cm wide.
