19th century antique English copper & brass hunting horn. Excellent sound. Together with Dean's rag book 'Tick Tack,' 1st German Edition,1906, Jos Susskind, Hamburg. There is very little colour left in the cover but within the book the print & colour on each page are quite good for a washable book now aged 113 years. the book was intended to teach young German children to tell the time or young British children to learn some basic German; & 'British Inn Signs and Their Stories,' by Eric R. Delderfield pub. 1965 by David and Charles (Publishers) limited, Newton Abbot, Devon. Length 25 cm, diameter 4 x 5.5 cm (bell). Collection Dr John Raven, Perth.
