Three framed Aboriginal King plates, purchased in Sydney 1985, in the Lawson's catalogue of 22/7/85, they were described as being issued between 1857 & 1861, NSW red cedar frame, the King plates are unique in that one was for a man, one for a woman, & one for a man and a woman, the 3 place names (Wagala, Iluka and Ashby) are all in the Clarence river area of Northern NSW.
