A good colonial Anglo-Indian silver cutlery service, fiddle, thread & shell pattern, the six place, 30 piece set comprising: table forks, dessert spoons, dessert forks and teaspoons along with King's pattern table knives. Each piece crested with a horse's head issuing from a ducal coronet. Hallmarks for Hamilton & Co. and others, c.1840. Total weight excluding the knives 1545gms.
