A vintage ruby and diamond brooch signed Mario Buccelatti, 18ct yellow gold and silver, signed to pin M. Buccelatti, Italy, designed as a rectangular shaped panel brooch featuring a central grape cluster of fifteen individually bezel set round cabochon rubies of pink red colour, set in gold, framed by a beautiful pierced arrangement of vine and tendril diamond set clusters, rose cuts throughout, bead set in silver, undulating to outer edge, fitted with pin to reverse. Length 3.7 cm
