A Remarkably fine Winks & Hall specimen wine table, C. 1880. The top beautifully inlaid with New Zeland native timbers of a star shape, within a floral motif of graduating petals, on a chequerboard ground. The base with three reeded columns with turned finials on a circular platform base with shaped apron on splayed legs. Label affixed to the base 'Deo Regi Vicino (for God, for King, for Neighbour), Djh' possibly indicating provenance of Bromsgrove school, Worcestershire, height 73 cm, depth 56.5 cm
