A George III ladies travelling dressing case workbox, satinwood, hare wood, blackthorn marquetry inlay, interior sumptuously adorned in matching marquetry with original silk lining. Remarkably, still containing original gilded silver thread barrels and filagree boxes, also contains assorted ivory handled sewing accessories including a fitted ivory spindle or reel holder.
