Views in Australia, or New south Wales and van Diemans land delineated (after Joseph Lycett) London, published June 1st 1824 by J Souter 73 St Paul's church Yard. Entered at Stationer's hall. Lithographic title page 21.5 x 31 cm note a variant of the title page of the incredibly rare book of Australian views painted by transported forger, Joseph Lycett (circa 1744-1825). Although it has the same title and also features kangaroos and emus, it is dated a month earlier and there is no dedication to Earl Bathurst. It is probably an early version, replaced once Bathurst had accepted the dedication.
