Georgian double series opaque twist cordial glass, c.1765, with petal blown bowl, with engraved grape vine frieze, above lace gauze double twist on heavy foot, slight chip underside, height 14 cm. Provenance: A number of pieces of the collection featured in the 'Circle of Glass Collectors Commemorative Exhibition 1937 - 1962', Victoria and Albert Museum, London, 1962 and 'Exhibition of English Glass', Victoria and Albert Museum, 1968.
