Fine George III sterling silver entree dish, hallmarked London, 1801, I.E (John Edwards III) of squat form, the cover set with ornate floral filled basket finial above a shell and scroll border to shoulder, above an engraved Knox family crest depicting a perched falcon above a coat of arms flanked by two falcons ducally gorged with motto 'Moveo Et Proficio,' above a plain base with twin reeded handles, total weight 1351 gm. Diameter 21 cm and height 14 cm
