A Chinese Yixing teapot, '100th Anniversary of the birth of Ba Jin', fan Xijun (born 1969), circa 2003, the teapot in the form of an upright book, the handle in the form of a magnifying glass, the lid-handle in the form of a fountain-pen nib, the spout in the form of a bamboo shoot. Decorated to one side with a fine incised portrait of Ba Jin, the reverse with a calligraphic inscription. The teapot titled '100th Anniversary of the birth of Ba Jin'. Seal mark reading 'Xijun pottery Art', dated December 2003. Accompanied by a certificate, and original box, 11.7 cm high, 15.5 cm wide
