Two Chinese Yixing Biblical teapots, Yu tao (born 1971 ), circa 2004, the first teapot of squat globular form in red clay with 'Li pi' (pear skin) finish. With incised decoration of butterfly and chrysanthemum in coloured slips to one side, the other with a calligraphic inscription reading 'Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted'. Seal mark reading 'Yu tao teapot art'. Dated 28th April 2004. Accompanied by a certificate, the second teapot of pear-form in red clay with 'Li pi' (pear skin) finish. With incised decoration of plum blossom and bamboo in coloured slips to one side, the other with a calligraphic inscription reading 'Blessed are the meek for they shall be inherit the earth'. Seal mark reading 'Yu tao teapot art'. Dated 28th October 2004. Accompanied by a certificate, 8 cm high, 12.5 cm wide, 9 cm high, 10.8 cm wide
