A beautiful antique pietra dura locket pendant on chain, 18ct yellow gold, made as a large 5.5 x 4 cm oval locket of black matt finished onyx, intricately inlaid to front panel with a hardstone foliate arrangement in the pietra dura style with a central pink rose highlight, to reverse an oval glass insert with gold hinge and bezel, finished with large beaten style bail, suspended from an antique 9ct yellow gold fancy link fob chain with barrel clasp.
