A Japanese porcelain plate and a Continental porcelain plate, early to mid 20th century, an Arita type plate with shaped reserves of flora, landscapes and figures, with gilt upon a pastel patterned ground, and a Vienna type plate profusely, decorated with Persian style flowers in blue, orange and magenta upon a lemon, field, character mark, and bearing a Vienna type 'Beehive' shield mark, diameter 21.5 cm
