Harima Dai Jo Shigata (2nd Generation), Katana, Edo period (1615-1868), 17th century, shobu-zukuri, signed nakago with two holes, with a black-lacquer saya, the tsuka wrapped in black silk and mounted with gilded iron menuki of dragons, and fuchi-gashira with dragons in high-relief, the gilded iron tsuba with a dragon in clouds, length 65.4 cm (blade) full length 92.2 cm (including saya and tsuka)
