18ct gold, Tahitian pearl and diamond necklace composed of thirty-five off round cultured pearls of grey hue graduating from approximately 15.13 to 11.19 mm, completed by an 18ct gold box clasp centring a medusa plaque framed by circular-cut coloured and near colourless diamonds between a Greek key pattern, inner circumference approximately 530 mm. Please note that the coloured diamonds have not been tested for natural colour origin.
