Robert Prenzel (1866-1941) Stamped and impressed R. Prenzel circa 1905 A pine stool relief carved in the Art Nouveau style with flowering lilies on a stippled ground the seat carved with the initials Atp in monogram the cross stretcher with the impressed stamp R. Prenzel the underside of the seat stamped European Labour Only Robt. Prenzel City Road South Melbourne 53 x 61 x 35 cm. History: this stool together with the following mirror was presented to current owner's step grandmother as a wedding present between 1910-1920. The mirror and stool were accompanied by a bellows also by Prenzel which is no longer in the vendor's possession.
