An Edwardian silver plated mechanical cover warming dish, early 20th century, with maker's mark of Boardman, Glossop & Co., Sheffield, the ovoid dish with a retractable lid embellished with radiating ribs and pendant husks to reserves, applied handles and raised on fluted legs with, formal mounts and lion's paw feet, a fitted pierced dish to the interior, height 22 cm length 36 cm width 22.5 cm
