An Art Deco spelter figural clock of a water carrier with hound', circa 1925, mark of JS Paris to mechanism, depicting an elegantly seated woman in a flowing black dress with gilt, enrichments and a modish cloche, a dog at her side and one arm over a water, urn beside a dial with Roman numerals set into an arching black marble stand, and raised on a long marble base faced with onyx, with key and pendulum, height 32 cm width 64 cm depth 20 cm
