A pair of fine George II walnut and upholstered side chairs in the French manner, mid 18th century, each with an upholstered arched high back and seat raised on four cabriole supports with scrolling feet, the knees and spandrels of the front supports carved with acanthus foliage, covered in yellow silk damask, 101 cm high, 61 cm wide, 63 cm deep.
