19th century Austro-Hungarian Viennese silver twin handled centrepiece by Vincent Mayer's Sohne of Vienna (noted as best Jewelers workshops in Vienna), of oval form, with a shaped molded rim above a fine border of leaf and berry accented with central ribbon and wreath garlands, the whole situated on four scrolled acanthus feet, flanked by angled arms, with liner, total weight 1691gm (without liner), length 44 cm
