A pair of porcelain shepherd and shepherdess figural candlesticks, later 19th century, probably Samson Edme et Cie, Paris, after Derby models, in the 18th century manner, brightly coloured hard paste figures, she playing, a lute and accompanied by a sheep, and he playing a bagpipe, a dog at his, side, with flower encrusted bocages issuing twin candlesticks and raised on rocaille moulded bases picked out in gilt and puce, mock 'Bow' factory marks, verso, height 28 cm, width 25.5 cm, depth 15 cm
