A Chinese Zisha Yixing Fencai teapot Yongzheng period, 18th century, the teapot of cylindrical form, potted from a dark purplish-brown clay, decorated to the sides and lid with houses, pavillions and people amongst mountainous forest landscapes in enamels of the fencai/famille rose palette. Marked Yixing zisha to the base, 11.5 cm high, 15 cm wide.
