A Burmese lacquer and Palm-Leaf meditation picture Mandalay, early 20th century in folding book form, the two outer covers with raised gilt gesso work, inlaid with small round mirrors in the Mandalay style, with folding palm leaf panels incised with a mandala, decorated with Shakyamuni Buddha to the centre, surrounded by monks and animals, 80 cm high, 52 cm wide.
