An important natural (certified un-heat treated) 12.76ct Ceylon Sapphire and diamond cluster ring set in an all platinum hand made mount the claw set 15.5 x 11.5 mm rectangular cushion cut bright mid blue sapphire is surrounded by 28 good quality brilliant cut diamonds with a further 14 diamonds set down each shoulder of the split shank, the 56 diamonds weigh 1ct in total 15.5gms.
