A diamond set panel dress ring, 18ct yellow and white gold, handcrafted as a curved rectangular shaped plaque, horizontally arranged, centrally grain set in a square shaped millgrained frame with an old cut diamond of approximately 0.17ct, framed by a grain set pave frame of smaller brilliant cut diamonds in a railed design twenty-six totalling 0.26ct, further millgraining completes frame, merging to an engraved yellow gold band.
