A Carlton Ware 'Floribunda' handcraft vase, 1928-1932 production period, pattern 3236, a broad baluster vase with a waisted base, two cloud shaped reserves with tulip, floral sprigs and other bold flowers in terracotta and mauve colours upon a cobalt ground, with wavy patterned borders to the base and scallops to the interior rim, backstamp and pattern numbers underside, height 20.5 cm
