Bronze Mercury and Fortuna figures on pedestals based on the model by the master renaissance sculptor Giambologna, these wonderful later bronze sculptures depict Mercury standing out of a cherubic mouth base with arm and winged leg raised to the heavens and donning a winged helmet and holding the staff of hermes. Fortuna in the same position, standing on a half buried wheel but holding a cornucopia of coins. Both figures on a turned marble column with a bronze cherubic themed mid section, height (Mercury) 85 cm (Fortuna) 83 cm
