A fine early 19th century Australian full cedar chiffonier, Tasmania, the back with a single shelf supported on ring turned columns with brass composite capital mounts above a rectangular surface with stepped out corners, above a single long drawer and a pair of well figured panelled cupboard doors with simple line decoration enclosing a single shelf with line reeded edge, flanked by a pair of applied convex pilasters above a moulded edge and raised on elegant ring turned bun feet, with original locks and hinges, 108 cm wide, 48 cm deep, 139 cm high.
