A World War I Royal Flying Corps 18ct yellow gold diamond sweetheart brooch, one hundred and thirty eight rose cut diamonds, 1.50ct with enamel detail in a wing and crown brooch. The Flying Corps was founded in 1912 and existed till 1918 before eventually transforming into the RAF. Their motto was 'Through adversity to the stars'. Wt 11.1 grams
