An early 19th century Scottish provincial silver and banded agate vinaigrette, the lid with silver backed agate panel, cracked, within a cast decorated frame, finely ribbed sides, the gilded interior with engraved and pierced grille decorated with thistles. 4 cm x 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm. Multiple stamped maker's mark 'CC'. Complete with sponge. Provenance: The Flower Family Collection.
