A noblewoman's coral-ground embroidered dragon robe, Jifu late Qing dynasty, the silk ground embroidered with nine golden dragons pursuing flaming pearls among scrolling clouds, ribboned bajixiang emblems, bats and flying cranes, a basket of fruits and flowers above lotus sprigs rising from the band of rocks and waves and a lishui border. 140 cm long, 195 cm wide.
