A famille rose rectangular plaque, Qing dynasty, painted with a panel depicting a pair of brightly plumed birds perched on blossoming boughs beside flowering peony, within a broad green-ground wan diaper border reserved with different flower sprigs, framed, 31.5 cm x 44 cm overall. Provenance: P.C. Lu & Sons Ltd., Hong Kong, 4 October 1983. P.C. Lu & Sons Ltd., Certificate of Antiquity dating the panel to the Qing dynasty.
