A rare Etablissement Galle 'Cherries' mould-blown souffle cameo glass vase, French, circa 1915, the baluster body with acid-etched and mould-blown decoration, in green, brown and clear glass, on an etched ground, above a spreading circular foot, acid-etched 'Galle, 29 cm high. Provenance: Decorative & Fine Art Antique Furniture, James R. Lawson, Sydney, 4 June 1989, lot 52. Mr Hans Mueller and Mrs Gertrud Mueller, Sydney, acquired from the above.
