A large Daum Nancy 'Columbines' cameo glass vase, French, circa 1915, the slender baluster body with an enamelled and acid-etched cameo design, on a mottled ground, above a spreading circular foot, acid-etched 'Daum Nancy' and the Cross of Lorraine, 53.5 cm high. Provenance: Decorative Arts, Furniture, Silver & Jewellery, Arms & Edged Weapons, Christie's Australia, Melbourne, 11 September 1995, lot 24. Mr Hans Mueller and Mrs Gertrud Mueller, Sydney, acquired from the above.
