Young, Sir Henry Edward Fox (1803?1870), Governor of Tasmania autograph and seal on vellum Land Grant by Purchase dated February 1858 in favour of Edward John Dawes for 'five acres, in the Suburbs of the Township of Westbury' being a plot of land bounded by King Street and Smith Street. The document is also signed by William Henty, in his capacity as Colonial Secretary. The five acre section referred to in the document is also adjacent to Five Acre Row; Smith Street and King St are still exactly as located when Westbury was laid out in 1828 by the Van Diemen's Land Company.
