Victorian mahogany mirror back double pedestal sideboard, 19th century, the shaped mirror back surmounted by a central crest finely carved with a basket of fruits, the rounded rectangular top above a single frieze drawer, the pedestals with carved supports and panelled doors enclosing drawers and cellarette, on plinth bases, height 250 cm width 266 cm depth 75 cm. Provenance: The sideboard was part of the original furnishings of Danmark, Point Piper, when purchased by W.J. Smith in 1926. This sideboard was transferred to St. Aubins in 1936
