A superb ormolu and Sevres porcelain jardiniere, circa 1880. Voluptuous, tulip shaped cobalt blue vase encased within an elaborate pierced ormolu frame of a continuous floriate design, flanked by two upswept handles connected at their base to a waisted pedestal and pierced stand, each decorated in fine detail with chased and repousse flowers, scrolls and leaves. Height 44 cm. Width 46 cm. Depth 34 cm
