A large Australian Railway clock, Melbourne, circa 1880, the circular cast iron dial surround with top hinged case iron bezel, wooden trunk with chisel base, front opening door. The dial signed New South Wales Railways, originally from Forbes station. Eight day weight driven timepiece movement, with anchor escapement and seconds beating pendulum, 235 cm high, 116 cm wide, 31 cm deep
